ORLAND DAYS PARADE 2010



The annual Orland Days Parade is one of the highlights of Orland Days which is a celebration proudly presented by the Orland Park Lions Club.

Orland Days is a community event that features the commitment and dedication of many organizations and their membership. In keeping with the spirit of community involvement and support for those in need, the 2010 Parade theme will be

"100 Years of Boy Scouts"

We would like you to join our celebration by entering a float, decorated vehicle, or marching group in this fun-filled event.

This year the parade will start at 1:00 pm on Sunday, June 6, 2010. The Orland Park Lions Club is anticipating over 150 parade entries and we hope that you will be joining us for a fun day.

As with any organized function with the magnitude of Parade 2010 there is a cost involved that makes the function successful. This year we are asking all our commercial entrants that will be registering more than one decorated vehicle to support our parade by contributing $25.00 for each vehicle participating after the 1st vehicle. We are hopeful that our business friends recognize the importance of this parade and join in by financially supporting the parade.

To enter, please complete the entry form on the reverse side and send it in the pre-addressed return envelope. The deadline for your entry is May 1, 2010.

Once your parade entry form is received and processed, a Parade 2010 Information Kit containing instructions will be sent to you the week of May 9th.
